The Challenge

GP Home Furniture opened as Grand Pappy’s Furniture Barn in 1977. Serving the Fraser Valley area, the family business sold appliances and furniture to a growing customer base in the area. When the company rebranded in 2016, its aim was to promote its holistic customer experience that included interior design service, fine furnishings and a growing product line. GP Home Furniture wanted to increase awareness and engagement in-store and online. To achieve this, they needed a marketing strategy that would elevate their brand, modernize their approach and evolve them into a more contemporary and competitive company.
